Schedule of Payments
Complete the instalments on or before the stated dates.
1st instalment25%Within 7 days of the Proforma Invoice to block the stall.
2nd instalment25%Before 15 October 2027.
3rd instalment25%Before 15 January 2028.
Final instalment25%Before 15 April 2028.
Early bird note: the discount will not be applicable beyond 15 September 2026.
Important Notes
Please review these conditions before submitting your application.
- Blocking of stall(s) is subject to payment of a minimum 25% of the Proforma Invoice as advance (the first instalment) within 7 days. If the amount is not received, the blocked space will be cancelled and released to those on the waitlist without notice.
- The layout is tentative and subject to change. The organisers’ decision on booth allotment is final.
- Early bird discount applies only when participation charges are paid as stated in Tariff 1B.
- Initial stall allotment will be confirmed only after receipt of the balance payment according to Schedule I.
- Payments may be transferred online with the necessary advice sent to IMTOF for immediate realisation.
- GST is presently 18% and is subject to statutory change.
- All other exhibition rules and regulations apply.
